Planned workstreams include a technical roadmap for integrating quantum systems into large-scale facilities, security frameworks that protect AI workloads, model weights, training systems, inference traffic, and privileged access, and design principles suited to hybrid AI, high-performance computing, and future quantum workloads. BTQ Technologies will contribute solutions architecture and guidance on post-quantum cryptography, while TIDAL PWR supplies expertise in reliable power and scalable data-center buildout.
